CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Late Arrivals • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited at the stylist’s discretion. • A $25 late fee will be applied at checkout if the appointment is still honored. • If forfeited, you will be charged 55–100% of the scheduled service(s), per stylist’s discretion. 2. Cancellations Within 48 Hours • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a nonrefundable charge of 55% of the scheduled service(s). • Rescheduling within 48 hours is considered a cancellation and is subject to the same 55% charge. 3. Vivid/Creative Color Services • Cancellations made within 72 hours of a vivid or creative color appointment will result in a nonrefundable $200 cancellation/no-show fee. • Any deposit paid to secure a vivid appointment will also be retained and is nonrefundable. 4. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows • Clients who cancel on the same day or fail to show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). • This fee is nonrefundable. 5. Payment Terms • All late, cancellation, and no-show fees are nonrefundable. • Charges will be automatically applied to the card on file. • If the card on file is declined, the outstanding balance must be paid in full before booking future services. • Failure to resolve declined charges will result in a permanent ban from booking with Isolated Colors Hair Co.
